subrogation of medical payments

Is it possible to Receive reimbursement for medical bills if the injured party is a Kentucky resident and the motor vehicle accident happened in Virginia. There was no collision coverage on the policy, so it would be straight medical benefits.

Yes, but you may have to sue the one who allegedly caused the accident(presumably a Virginia resident)

in Virginia.
