Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

Can I Sue for equiptment i lended out. I have created a contract, we both signed. There was a 20$ a day fee. She has not returned equiptment.

Yes, you should be able to sue for breach of this contract, to include the money owed as well as for the return of the equipment.
