Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

suing for personal injury

i have a family member that makes her living suing family, friends, and any one she can for personal injuries. i would like to know is there anything that i can do to keep her away from my home and myself legally because i am afraid she may try to sue me one day.

Simply tell her that she's not welcome in or about your home---and then the reason why.
