Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

We are taking my daughters friend on vacation with us. She is 16 years old and is a good girl - no drinking, or sneaking out to party, etc. but are we responsible if something happens to her while she is on vacation with us? Say she plays volleyball and trips and breaks her foot or something? We live and will be vacationing in Virginia.

Not likely, unless you negligently, recklessly, intentionally or deliberately cause her injury.

Good girls do bad things all the time, so keep an eye on her.
