Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia
Hi. I'm from Virginia. I was driving in residential area 25 MPR on wide two lane road. Toyota Pick up pulled fast in front of me and in few blocks start to slow down, then puled to the left side of the road towards driveway on the left showing no signal and almost came to complete stop. The lane in front of me became free and clear so I proceeded strait forward. In about 20 feet after, I felt an impact and scraping sound. In the rear view mirror I saw a pick up on my left. I stopped the car and came out to look at the damages. Toyota pick up was positioned on the left side of the road, about 10 ft away from my car, right front corner of the car was facing the driveway on right. Then truck quickly pull to the driveway and woman came out. I asked her why she didn't show her right turn signal? She lied saying that she did . Then she went in the house without coming and talking to me. When police arrived they could not determine fault. Their insurance denied my claim stating I do not have enough evidence that thier clint at fault. Do I have a case in small claims court? She has a damage on the right front bumper and I have damage on my left rear door. Do I Have chance proving my case in court? Thank you.
