Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

my wife was rearended and had surgery two years ago then she was rear ended two months ago and is having pt their paying for that and got the car fixed but she has a herniated disc she might have to have injections she had back surgery two years ago how much should we settel for we do not have a lawyer

Your question begs another one, i.e., why after your

wife has been rearended twice in auto accidents within the

last two years or so, with the most recent injury apparently

exacerbating the first, would you not have an attorney

representing her, particularly on the all important issue of damages?

In this kind of circumstance as described, you/she cannot afford for her not

to have a lawyer (in my opinion).
