Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

I work at Universal Ford and got my tires rotated and oil changed a couple of days ago and it was making a weird noise so had them check it and they didn't tighten any of the lug nuts on my back tires. I was wondering if I can sue them for this because I could have gotten killed from their mistake?

Sure, you could sue, but would likely recover nothing for

your efforts and expense since you apparently incurred no

actual damages resulting from the company's alleged neglect.

In other words, your claim to injury would be entirely speculative

which the law does not recognize as a valid basis for recovery.
