Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

worker's comp

have not worked in three years,Doctor has not released me as of yet, but my lawyer wants to settle claim. I am 59 yrs.old and afriad that I might not ever be able to work again ( was a production manager). What should I ask for or settle for? Oh and I won a workers comp adward.

You say that you're afraid that you may never work again. More importantly,

what does your doctor say and, perhaps, a second objective medical opinion regarding this issue? What in fact is the long term prognosis for

your impairment and how extensive and debilitating actually is it likely to be, viewed as objectively as possible?

Until you have reasonably accurate answers to these questions, there's really no way to arrived at an informed

opinion regarding the questions which you've asked.
