Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

yesterday i was in the courtroom in stafford va ,i was on the stand testefied , when i got up i lost my balance on the steps ,i fell and i sprain my foot.i went at the er and they took xrays and gave me a walker.i like to sue stafford county

Trip and fall cases are almost impossible to win in Va. unless you can show that you could not have seen the missed step even if you looked. You have a duty to watch where you step, and if you don't do that, you are contributorily negligent and cannot recover. And, most likely, you won't be able to overcome the county's governmental immunity.
