Legal Question in Product Liability in Virginia

contaminated canned food

I opened a can of Ravioli for my child, and there was a huge bug!! What can or should I do? My daughter and I are very upset. I took pictures and I still have the bug (both parts).

Well, you could make known your complaint to the the company that made the tainted raviola(as well as to the store that sold it to you).
