Whose fault is it when airbags don't deploy in an accident?
I was involved in an auto accident, i was cut off by a vehicle, i hydroplained and crashed into a cement bearer located on the interstate. My passenger's head hit & cracked the windshield, she is suffering a broken nose and i am suffering serious neck, back, and leg pain. My car was declared totaled by my insurance company, but my question is why did'nt the airbags deploy on impact? What can i do to find out if someone(company) is responsible for the airbags not working. I would'nt have purchased or driven the vehicle if i had known the airbags did'nt work properly.

You could possibly have a case against the manufacturers of the air bag and the car.
