Legal Question in Product Liability in Virginia
Motorcycle sale
I bought a 2008 Suzuki SV650 from a dealer 3 hours from my house, I made the sale over the phone and was told that the bike had ABS, and that was the only reason why i bought and the salesman knew that, so i went and picked it up late one night after work and got it home and found out it did not have ABS is there any thing that can be done legally?

Re: Motorcycle sale
Assuming that the Virginia Homesales Solicitation Act does not apply to this particular transaction(which would give you three business days to cancel and receive a refund), you could still call this dealer up and demand that you be either given a full refund of your money or another bike with ABS as had been promised.
