Legal Question in Product Liability in Virginia
Refund
I bought one jewelry piece and he said if i see the price lower than what I paid anywhere he said he will give it to me for free. Next day I went and searched all the websites and some jewelry shops the same is very low than what I paid. So I went and asked for refund. he is refusing to give. what should I do?

The jeweler undoubtedly meant his offer to apply to local shops in your immediate metro area and not to the vast expanse of jewelers and retailers populating the Internet and cyberspace.
Under these circumstances, his refusal to honor his initial offer (as you had apparently misinterpreted it) would seem reasonable.
