Right of Way

I have a 8 ac. of landlocked prop. How do i get access from the ajoining landowner?

You ask the adjoining landowner for an easement (in writing and which can be recorded in the local land records)granting you a right of way over his property for purposes of ingress to and egress from your property.

If this landowner refuses, then you'll need to hire a lawyer to file a petition in your behalf in the local circuit court, requesting that the court grant you such an easement on the basis of necessity.
