Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

For 6 months a constructions company has parked mobile units on land I own. They were told the property belonged to the neighbor and have been paying him rent. I have just found out after a survey was done that the property is mine. Where do I go from here ?

Send written demand notice to the construction company with copy of survey

results that all such future rent payments be sent to you.
