If i own a 1/2 undivided interest as a joint tenant with a surviorship clause, can i sell or give away the i/2 interest without the signature of the other joint tenant?

Yes, as long as you hold this interest as a joint tenant in common with the other individual, it should be what the law calls alienable, i.e., meaning it can be sold to or conveyed to an unrelated third person or entity.
