Should a 250 unit Condominium Association be incorporated in the State of Virginia?

I see nothing in the Virginia Condominium Act found at Va.Code Sec. 55-79 -39 to 55-79-103 that makes any reference to a requirement that condo associations

must be formally incorporated.
