How do I add my spouse's name to the deed for our house. It's paid for and I have the deed.

If you have the Deed in hand and you have signed it in front of a notary public, you simply need to take it to your county land record and record it. In Virginia, it should be $33 to record it. If you need more help, you can e-mail me at [email protected].
