Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

Help! I need to know an answer to a question.

I was renting my house to a woman and I found out she had completely torn up my house. I gave her a month notice to get out. I went to go straighten up the house and found that she had left numerous items and the house was trashed. I called her and told her that she needed to come and clean up the house and she came but she still left a lot of items. I am getting this place ready to rent and i have thrown away everything that she left...it has been over a month since she moved out. Now she says she is going to take me to court. Is she legally in the right? She said she should have had 30 days to get out and 30 days to move all her stuff, a total of 60 days. Please help!!

She does not have such rights unless granted in the lease.
