Apartment Renting Laws and Regulations
When you are told to vacate your apartment premises because of a mold infestation (that was present prior to your move-in date), how much time in advance are they allowed to give you, until you are forced by the Lessor to move out of the apartment?

Most likely, what the average reasonable man or woman would consider a reasoanble period of time for such a move (unless the lease itself clearly requires something different).
