What or Who can Attach escrow money in sale of home?

My daughter is getting divorced. She & her husband just sold their home. Their money is currently being held in escrow until they come to an agreement about disbursment of the funds. My question is, ''Can her husband's divorce lawyer attach this money to pay for his divorce legal fees?

No, the lawyer's husband cannot attach these funds currently being held in escrow which represent the proceeds from the sale of joint marital property in order to pay for the husband's legal fees connected with the divorce.
