Attachment of Real Estate

Can a creditors judgement attach to real estate, if credit acct is in the name of only the wife and the deed is titled in both husband and wife's name?

The lien against the wife can be recorded against the property but cannot be foreclosed if husband and wife jointly hold title as TENANTS BY THE ENTIRETIES.
