Bad tenant

If I have somebody staying in my house and we dont have a lease, how much time do I have to give them to move out? Can I change the locks? They have not paid rent or follow our rules in the house.

This question has already been answered(like today)! If the somebody is a tenant, file the unlawful detainer action in the general district court to have the body evicted; if a guest turned squatter, tell the person she or he must leave immediately or you'll call the police and have the body arrested for trespassing.
