Blocked Mailbox

My neighbors across the street are parking in front of our mailbox so we won't recieve mail. I have left them a note but they wrote back saing they refuse to move their car. Can I have their car towed or moved? Any other suggestions?

If their vehicle is on a public street, you would have no authority to order the vehicle towed, and by doing so could be exposing yourself to civil liability.
