I bought a house with my boyfriend we have broken up and now I am stuck paying the mortgage alone. How do I him to pay half of the mortage?

You can keep paying his half(as well as yours) and then sue him

for reimbursement for what you've paid in his behalf.

The reality, however, of course, is that you're probably stuck and will never collect anything from him which underscores the high risk of buying real property under the circumstances you've described (as I've already stated

in my answers many times in this forum).
