Breaking a residential lease.

Upon the date of lease, my wife and I were employed and signed the lease. Sence that date we have found out she needs surgery on her wrist and is unable to work. Is there any medical clause in the lease laws to help us out of this lease?

Unless the particular lease which you signed contains such a provision, the answer is, no, there is not.
