Builder's Punch List
A two part legal question. Is the builder required to provide a copy of the punch list to me the home owner? Also what is the legal ramifications (or my legal rights)if they do not complete the items on the list within the contracted 30 day time limit? Thanks.

Unless the punch list requirement is in your contract with the builder, the likely answer is no.
If the builder failed to complete all of the items on the list within the 30 day period required under the contract, then, technically, he would be in breach of the contract. However, I doubt that it would make much sense to initiate a lawsuit on that particular basis at that particular time.
