Can you buy property via a business

I am planning to start a LLC business in a few months and I was wondering if I bought some property as an individual and transferred it to the LLC what does that entail..

A deed and fees at the courthouse. If you sell the property to the LLC, you may incur taxes. You probably want to get some tax advice.
