can i get out of buying home and property?

in the last week i signed contract to purchase home check was dispursed but could not move into home because of license and inspection previous to purchase repairs had to be made that have not been made and since then i have found some other things wrong with home can i get out of purchase?

This question in a somewhat different form has already been asked and responded to. (No, is the likely answer, although you may have an action for breach of contract against the seller for the cost of whatever services/repairs under the contract have not been provided.)

While you may have a breach of contract or damages claim, depending on the facts, there might be fraud or some other circumstances that would allow you to seek recission or voidance of the contract. I suggest you consult an attorney.
