Car damages need to be paid.

My car was backed into earlier a couple of months ago and the person who hit has will not pay for the damages. I have provided the person with the estimates several times and the person refuses to contact me back. What actions should I take?

You can sue this person in small claims court for a filing fee of less than $40.
