Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

If you take your car to a shop to get fixed, you pay for the part and labor and less than 90 days thesame problem occurs before it was fixed so you take the car back to the shop (warranty is 90 days labor and 1 year for the part) and the company admits they put the wrong part in your car and would replace the it with the same wrong part, because if I wanted the correct part I would have to pay the 215.00 difference from the cost of the wrong part....I thought if a company screws up they fix it thats good buisness.... but I have had problems with them before had to get a rental car and missed days from work because my car was not ready when they said and my bill that is paid has totaled about 1,300.00, the only reason I went back is because the part is under warrenty. would it be worth it to take this company to court and get all my money back and the cost of the rental ?

Assuming that the other work that was done was adequate, youe claim against this company in small claims court would not be for all of your "money back and the cost of the rental", but most likely $215 plus the cost of filing the case(around $50).
