I'm about to close on a house and just found out that the title on this house has an indemnification letter. Could you please advise how would this affect me if I go ahead with this deal?

Impossible to say (in my opinion) without reviewing

this indemnification letter along with all other

documents that might be relevant to this proposed

transaction.
