Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

Colonial Crossings in Williamsburg, Va sold us a timeshare under false pretenses. They told us that there would be a waterpark and it has been over 2 years and no more talk of waterpark and nothing mentioned on website. I can we give this timeshare back because we was lied to.
