Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

Community Association Statute of Limitations

How long is the statute of limitations for a community association violation? Specifically, if they have not requested corrective action for an architectural change that was not within regulations, how long do they have to request the change? If it has been 8 years, can they still enforce a change?
