Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

Condo Association Covnenants Violations

I have a questing about a hearing for an alleged covenants violation. I know I can request copies of much of the association's evidence, but if it involves a complaint by a management employee on me, can I ask for copies of all complaints filed by that employee (against other owners) or complaints filed by other owners against that employee? Or does that go into privacy rights of the other owners? Or is once a complaint is submitted, does it become association property for inspection by any owner?

Thanks in advance.

Re: Condo Association Covnenants Violations

Ask for everything you think you might need(whether you'll get it is another matter). However, you would be well advised to arrange for a consultation with an attorney knowledgeable in

these matters who can assist you in preparing your defense to this alleged violation including

some pointers as to how you should approach these discovery issues, particularly those which may pertain to the condo employee.
