What constitutes legal service in Virginia? I am trying to serve an indivdual who only operates with PO Box # and all other addresses are alias'

You will need to locate a verifiable residential address for this individual where the notice of lawsuit paperwork can either be personally served upon

this person or a person over age 16 who qualifies as a member of this individual's household.

Service upon a P.O. Box will never-ever-pass legal muster for legitimate service

of process in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
