i am under contract with house for a set price. house had to be repaired for appraisal purposes and the one party/owner did repairs and now is trying to get he money from other pary/owner and they are in disute. holding my closing up what do i do

Maybe it's time for you to get out of this deal based upon the seller's

inability to close which is likely a material violation of the contract which

you've concluded with him for the sale of this property.
