In a contract which has a limited term of 12 or 24 months, what does it mean :
"Either party must show intent NOT to renew this Contract by giving 30 days written notice to the other party prior to the expiration of the contract period."

If you do not wish to continue with this contract after 12 or 24 months, you
must send written notice of your intent NOT TO RENEW it to the other party to the contract 30 days prior to the expiration of the 12 or 24 month term of the contract which you do not wish to renew.
