Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

I am currently under contract to sell my home with an agent. My fianc� moved in after selling her home with the same agent. We have decided not to sell my home and refinance it together. Is there any worries for me with the existing contract to sell with this agent if I remove my house from the market?

Yes, I would think that you could expect to receive a bill from this agent for whatever time

and expenses s/he may have already incurred in listing this property for sale.
