Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

I am a co-owner of a timeshare through Wyndham Vacation Resorts. The other owner has made 0 payments, and i have almost paid off 70% of the mortgage. The person does that want to pay because they do not have the money and says they will not be using the timeshare. I told the person i would pay until they got a full time job. She has had a full time job for over 5 years now. I do not want to be stuck with paying for this and the maintenance fees alone for the rest of my life. Can i sue her for this?

Without a written agreement that specifically references this

other owner's obligation to pay you as described, I doubt that

you would have a viable legal basis to enforce what you believe

that she owes you to date.
