Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

I am a co-owner of a townhouse in Virginia. I own 2/3 and the other owner has a 1/3. I am currently leaving with someone else and want to rent 2 of the 3 rooms out to two other people. Do I need the other co-owner's permission to do so?

No, just as the other co-owner would not need your permission for a similar arrangement.
