Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

I cosigned on a car loan for my neice. My name is also on the title. She wants to take the car to another state and I don't want her to. Do I have any recourse?

Tell her that as co-owner of the vehicle you will refuse to allow the car to be

registered in another state unless she refinances it and gets

your name removed from the title and current car loan.
