can my cousin kick me out just because shes mad?im from outof state,in going back in a week.ive lived here 6months mymmailing adress is here,so is my drivers licence.im also not on the lease.do i have any right/ here?s

im on social secruity because i had cancer.id leave today if i hd the money,but i scheduled to leave for texas on the 12th of march

Sure, under Virginia law, you probably have the rights equal at least to those of a tenant who must be evicted according to the procedures required under Virginia law, a process which could easily take 30 days or more, which should give you ample time to pack up your things and be gone--even if that departure date happens to be a little later than March 12th.
