Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

Dear Sir, I live in the state of VA. I currently am renting a home. I have a verbal lease agreement with my brother to help with the rent/utilities. For the last couple of months(4) he hasn't held up with his end of the finances in the verbal agreement. What steps can I take to discard him from the property? Thank you.

You would likely need to follow the regular procedures of your

local general district court that would be required to evict any tenant from your property and the clerk's office of this court will have the papers that you

would need to fill out and file for this eviction.
