deed

If I deeded property from myself to myself and another person. Does the other person has to sign the deed of gift back to me to put the property in my namealone? I want the property deed back to me.

Yes, indeed, this other person does (which likely will not happen without your making a check out to this other person).

You might explore a little bit the underlying basis of the gift, but basically that's what the deed means.
