Deed of Gift

My wife and I currently own property together. I want to transfer my ownership in that property to my wife. I went tot the local court house with a quit claim deed. They suggested instead of the quit claim deed, to use a DEED OF GIFT. I have been looking for a sample form on the internet, can't find one. How can I get this sample form?
