Deed release
My husband has agreend to put the Deed in my name only what do we need to do and where can we get the forms?

The two of you should be able to execute a quitclaim deed to you only and a suitable form can be purchased to be used for Virginia property on this as well as other legally oriented websites.
Your husband, however, should bear in mind that executing the aforementioned quitclaim conveyance will in no way relieve him of his continuing responsibilty for the mortgage/deed of trust(assuming he and you were mortgagees together on the loan).
