A co-signor's name can be removed from

a mortgage note by doing a refinance of the subject property (if that's what you're inquiring about).

I am not sure what you are trying to do here. If you are looking to remove "co-signers" from a mortgage, it is likely you will need to refinance in your own name. It is not likely the lender will just give up the right to look to someone else to pay if the primary borrower is unable to do. This usually requires a pay-off and new loan.
