Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia
There is one and only one driveway to our property. The owner of that property was, until his passing, my father, It is now in the possession of my sister. From a legal standpoint, does her ownership negate my right of egress to our home?

Of course not, assuming that you are also a co-owner of this
property along with your sister. (By your reference to the term "our home", I
assume such is the case.)
