Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia
I have used the same driveway for over 50 years, my neighbor which is my nephew sold a part of his land a couple years ago and he said my driveway was on his property so he sold it too. What are my rights?

Better first get an updated survey on your property done so that you can determine exactly where your property line falls with respect to this part of
what allegedly used to belong to your nephew and that is now at issue.
Only then will you have the information that you'll need to have a determination
made as to what your "rights" may be with respect to this driveway, but you
should bear in mind that merely because you've been using it for some 50 years doesn't necessarily mean that in fact you own it.
But an updated survey should provide the answer.
